What comes with every subscription?
Each subscription comes with monthly themed dance activity emails with 3-4 movement activity videos and/or audio files; Let’s Boogie Boxes with crafts and worksheets, and online access to a personal, ever-growing library of dance and movement activity videos.
What age range is recommended for families subscribing to The Groove?
The Groove is recommended for families with kids over age 3.
What’s the difference between the online activities the Let’s Boogie Box activities?
The online activities will be comprised of dance and movement videos and/or audio files centered on mindfulness, cognitive growth and creativity. Every month, 3-4 of these activities will be added to your personal online video library. On the first Monday of each month, you will receive an email outlining these activities with tips detailing how and when to use them. The monthly Let’s Boogie Box will contain hands-on crafts, activities and worksheets that partner with the online videos. Online and Let’s Boogie Box activities can be used together or separately.
What online activities will we receive each month?
Each month, 3-4 themed dance and movement activity videos and/or audio files will be added to your personal, members-only, video library. These themed activities include, but are not limited to, dance activities, audio meditations, breathing exercises, movement games and more. On the first Monday of each month, you will receive an email outlining these activities with tips detailing how and when to use them.
What comes in each Let’s Boogie Box?
Each Let’s Boogie Box will come with 2-3 hands-on crafts and 1-2 worksheets that follow a specific monthly theme. The activities found in the Let’s Boogie Box are designed to partner with the activities found in your online library.
How do I access my online video library?
If you're new to The Groove, you'll receive access to your video library the first week of your first month of membership. For example, if you purchase a membership on February 26th, you'll receive a welcome email the first Monday in March with a link to login and access your library. As a Groove subscriber, you'll have access to your member library as long as you continue your membership. Each month, your kick-off email will alert you that we've added that month's Groove content.
When will I get my monthly dance activity email and Let’s Boogie Box?
You will receive each month’s dance activity email on the first Monday of the month. A Let’s Boogie Box will ship on the 4th of the month and arrive to your doorstep within the first 5-10 business days of the month.
Does my family need anything special in order to do The Groove dance and craft activities?
To conduct the dance activities, you will need a space in your home designated for dancing. We recommend moving the furniture and any hazardous objects out of the way to open up the space and create optimal room for dancing. Please see the checklist below.
To conduct the Let’s Boogie Box activities, you will need a space in your home designated for crafting. Many of the items found in your first Let’s Boogie Box will contain supplies for the crafts to come, including scissors, glue, markers and crayons.
Are The Groove activities just for kids or for the entire family?
The Groove activities are designed for both parents and kids to interact with together. Some informational videos will be created just for adults, but all activities are built for families to do together.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in all Groove subscriptions.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription to The Groove at any time. If you are not satisfied with the program, you can reach out to email@example.com within the first 30 days after your first Let’s Boogie Box has been shipped to receive a full refund.
After 30 days, you can cancel your subscription and be refunded for the remaining months on your plan.
Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order?
No. You are only able to apply one coupon to one order at a time.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes. If you subscribe to the monthly plan, your subscription will not automatically renew each month and the card linked to your account will not be charged. If you subscribe to the 6- or 12-month plans, you will receive a notification when your subscription is about to end. If you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and the card linked to your account will be charged.
